Since these products are made on-demand, we can’t restock returned items. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase—that’s why we offer a fair return policy.
30-Day Return Guarantee
You can return any product within 30 days of receiving it. If something doesn’t fit or you simply don’t like it, just send it back. Here are your return options as a print-on-demand provider:
- Exchange for a new product
- Exchange for a voucher to use on your next order
- Refund of the purchase price, as long as the product isn’t personalized by you
Easy Returns Process
To return an item, just follow these simple steps:
- Open your delivery confirmation email or log in to your Spreadshirt account.
- Click on “Returns.”
- Choose a reason for your return and select a return option.
- Your return will typically be processed within 7 business days.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If your order total is €40 or more, Spreadshirt will cover the return shipping costs. Before you return anything, please reach out to our customer service team. In many cases, we can find a solution that skips the hassle of sending packages back and forth—which is better for your time and the environment!
What Happens to Returns?
All items from us are unique, and we don’t waste returned goods. Instead, they are handled responsibly:

- Recycling: Items that cannot be donated (like those with personal designs or logos) are given to a recycling company. These products are often repurposed into things like protective insulation material.
